ABOUT the NLILA

At the Northern Lights International Leadership Academy (the NLILA) we recognize that any and all challenges faced currently or in the unforeseen future are optimally addressed through competent leadership, often worked together through multidisciplinary and diverse teams/groups to solve complex challenges that require deep understanding, quality communication, cooperation, foresight and planning.

The NLILA is a developing nonprofit with the goal of instilling meaningful durable leadership skills and values to as many people as possible including at least 25% participation from disadvantaged or marginalized communities for both youth and adults. The NLILA endeavors to provide this training both in person and online in a format which is informative and engaging so each participant comes away with their own direct experience of the material and lessons. The NLILA seeks to be an inclusive leadership advocacy organization with cross-promotions of other leadership training organizations as well in order to achieve maximum genuine leadership skill integration in humanity.

Currently we are in the fairly early stages of development which include an urgent need for support through charitable donations of money or services while we continue to develop additional curriculum and cultivate meaningful connections with future clients, partners and staff.
