Welcome to NLILA Camp 2026—Stockholm's premier 5-day youth leadership camp designed specifically for 14-15-year-olds (born 2011-12) ready to unlock their full potential! NLILA isn't about sitting in lectures. It’s an interactive, high-energy week of hands-on team challenges, self-discovery, public speaking growth, and real-world leadership building.

    Foundations & Identity

    • Focus: Orientation, psychological safety, and setting personal goals.

    • Highlights: Welcome Icebreakers, groups setup, Ground Rules covenant, First Impressions workshop, and the Tiny Towers building challenge.

  • Day 2: Know Yourself
    Self-Awareness & Values

    • Focus: Exploring personal ethics, self-discovery, and overcoming self-doubt.

    • Highlights: Johari Window self-reflection, Core Values matrix, Ethical Dilemma scenarios, and the high-energy PowerPoint Karaoke challenge.

  • Day 3: We Are All In This Together
    Teamwork & Communication

    • Focus: Group dynamics, active listening, and conflict management.

    • Highlights: Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) exercises, Escape Room Lock Box puzzle, team communication drills, and Junior Olympics.

  • Day 4: Embrace Challenges
    Problem-Solving & Public Speaking

    • Focus: Creative problem-solving, resilience, and persuasive communication.

    • Highlights: Design Thinking sprint, public speaking workshop, team presentation preparation, and feedback circles.

  • Day 5: Make It Matter
    Impact & Graduation

    • Focus: Community action, personal leadership commitment, and celebration.

    • Highlights: Final team project showcase, personal leadership action plan, reflection circle, and the official Certificate Graduation Ceremony!
